We're using AO3 because it's much easier to manage than a spreadsheet full of everything. It also keeps the fic in one spot, so the mods don't have to search journals to make sure everything got posted. It's also easy to default on AO3 (hopefully very few will do this).

One big difference from last year is that this year none of the fic will be revealed until everyone has a story. Hopefully this won't be a problem and we won't need too many pinch hits.

Relief flooded his system when he saw the human outline of Henry huddled on the ground, leaning against the dank brick. He didn’t know how long he stood there staring, but it was the sound of Henry’s whisper that made him close the gap without hesitation.

“Henry,” Will said, his voice cracking. He’d seen monsters kill, eviscerate and even procreate in front of him before. He’d witnessed incredible and dangerous creatures form-shift into a new stage of metamorphosis with his own eyes, but this was Henry, the guy who saved all their asses numerous times and went to Comic Con with the Big Guy, who enjoyed surfing and taking apart network servers for fun.
